Post Booters in Round Rock Texas?
Recently moved down to Texas to spend time with the other half of my family and to wait till bootcamp... So... with no local connection outside one friend who lives in Austin (Sadly he is more of a competitive gamer so RPG's do not appeal to him)

I'm way the heck out in San Marcos. You might try UT, and you definitely need to go to the Dragon's Lair in Austin.

Evil Tim,

I'm a new booter in Austin, TX. I'm currently in a large, episodic Pathfinder game toward the south side of town which takes up all my gaming time, but want to say hi anyway.

Wigsternm's suggestion of checking Dragon's Lair isn't bad for trying to find a group, hope that it has worked out for you.

You mentioned the kind of games your friend likes to play (I assume wargames/minis/board games). What kind of games do you prefer?

Checked out dragons lair, seems legit, but between my work schedule and my unreliable transportation (I don't own a car out here) getting to Dragons lair more then twice a month is considered a lot.

Learned about Wonko's recently; haven't been there myself, but may work out better for you than Dragon's Lair since it's further north (but also further west). They are at

13776 Highway 183 Suite 116
Austin, TX 78750

at 183/Lake Creek. RPG nights are Tuesday, which work our poorly for me. Please let us know how it worked out if you do get there.
