I bought it, and really enjoy it.
The art and jokes are funny even if you don't know all the references (even better if you do)
It is a really streamlined and simple game, and it doesn't take nearly as long as the other deck builders I've played. (namely dominion and thunderstone)
My only criticism would be that since it is simpler, sometimes the wins/ loses aren't as satisfying as other deck builders.

Just finished a game of this with Ratatosk. It's definitely a fun romp to play a game where following the statement "I just killed Satan with my four balls" is an extremely valid tactic. Generally speaking, if you're thinking in terms of abstract tactics, you have missed the point of playing a game about gamers defeating evil. The flavor is the point.
