Actually, there's a third plot, A Girl Falls In Love. However, I wouldn't recommend romance novels as the source of plot ideas for your pathfinder game.


I'd be hard-pressed to find a variation on A Girl Falls In Love that doesn't also apply to one of the first two. You simply have to be willing to let the Girl also be the Hero or the Stranger, if needed.
