I'm with John. If I hate a videogame/film/(comic)book/television series I stop playing/reading/watching.
If Battlestar Galactica went off the rails in Season 2 and you kept watching through Season 4... I dunno what to tell you. Why can't nerds and football fans walk away? I think that's a discussion worth having.

It's like a side story. It has less story than the original and it implies that what happens in AN isn't really happening. I enjoyed it but it wasn't worth $15. A couple of the parts in it where very cool and it did have a few interesting characters. If you just run around and blow shit up then you'll miss some things. Combat was pretty easy once you get the cross bow, it's OP as all hell.

I think that's a discussion worth having. I do that with most everything. BSG, on the other hand, I wanted to see just how far it would sink. Turns out, pretty far.

I never watched the Sopranos but I know about the ending because I heard the creator talking about it.
Tony is killed by two guys that enter the restaurant near the end of the episode. It fades to black because it's all told from Tony's point of view. The interview I heard with the creator made him sound sort of ticked off because he thought he came up with a brilliant ending and apparently most of the viewers didn't get it.

Because there were nuggets of the original setup that were being satisfyingly resolved among the steam-poo of the angels and heaven crap.
By that I mean I wanted to see Zarek make his push. And he didn't until almost the very end.

Re: Bonus Episode 44 – red, green, or blue
I don't know if this really counts, but a game that I liked for a while, and then became very frustrated with was the Discworld adventure game on the playstation. The game starts out fine, but then you hit a certain point where you have to accomplish an unclear goal, in an unclear way, and noone will give you any useful hints. I looked at a walkthrough to figure it out, and I want to know how anyone is supposed to know to climb to the end of the flagpole on the tower and flash a mirror to annoy the dragon?
