Gen Con Pre-Con Dinner!

Wednesday evening (6pm-9pm or so), my mega-suite at The Canterbury Hotel, Yats Cajun catering, and Danger Brewery! Cost is $15/person to cover food, beverage, and a small recoup on the room. More info on Con Planner page.

Here are my plans for Gen Con this year as head TOFtBCH.

I'm taking this year nice and easy, so there won't be a whole lot of scheduled stuff (except for the dinner get-together Wed evening, of course), but this doesn't mean there won't be stuff going on. Booter gaming will happen! It will just be far more guerrilla and impromptu than years past. I'm just gonna throw my number out there for people to use whenever they desire. I'm gonna be spending a vast majority of the con with my wonderful girlfriend, MoonHawke, and good friend, Noble Bear, so if you want to hang out, grab a bite to eat, or throw down on a game, just hit me up, and I'll see what I can get thrown together.

Most of you already have my number anyway, but if you're gonna be in town, just let me know, so that I can keep track of who's around and what's going down. My good buddies, Necronomitron and Arlie, will also be around to help organize things, so don't hesitate to throw me your ideas.

Done. It's cheaper and, more often than not, involves friends moreso than strangers.

This might have been covered on Noble Bear's thread, but since GenCon is like a week away I figured I'd throw it out there.

What do you recommend packing for GenCon? (aside from soap)

Off the top of my head, all the basic toiletries, clothes, extra comfy shoes, dice, presents for your boyfriend, a notebook/pens/pencils, munchies (especially granola bars and such), favorite pillow(s), extra clothes, deodorant, small backpack/satchel for easy carrying, laptop/tablet/smart phone, camera, chargers for everything, money, ...

I'll add more as I think of more.
